MISSION
The mission of On Target Response is to provide comprehensive training programs that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively in emergency situations. Through expert instruction in firearms handling, CPR/AED, and basic life support, we aim to empower our clients to act with confidence and precision when faced with critical incidents. Our commitment to safety, excellence, and professionalism is reflected in everything we do, as we strive to be the premier training provider for individuals seeking to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.
MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR
ANGEL OTERO
For over 30 years, Angel has served his community both as a correctional officer for Miami-Dade County and is currently serving as a police officer in Miami. His area of expertise has been in the area covering high liabilities. He is also passionate as an instructor in which he trains others as a first responder in areas of CPR, AED, BLS, and law enforcement medical training. He is a certified instructor through the American Heart Association, American Safety Health Institute, as well as American First Responder and Law Enforcement Combat Medicine.

Angel believes his greatest reward is to pass along life saving skills that impacts an individual's life forever. With over 5000 hours of training in both life saving skills and firearms, he believes "the best instructor is an even better student." His learning and training continues.
